The juxaposition of old and new blends within the Chelsea skyline with the construction of an entire new top floor apartment. The project created an entire two story apartment on top of an existing shop and apartment at this busy junction with Fulham Road. The exterior of the new apartment was partially cladded in striking gold zinc to compliment white rendered walls and black sash windows.

Light flows into the living space from the newly created garden terrace and large over-sized roof-lights. American White Ash flooring and bold colour scheme create mood and drama throughout the one bedroom apartment. Bespoke staircase installed in matching timber and steel spindles offset by striking stairway mural complimenting the colour scheme and modern lines of this new build apartment.
