Original features uncovered and preserved including ground floor staircase, lath and plaster ceilings retained and sympathetically restored throughout. Reclaimed encaustic tiles used throughout. Restoration of existing staircase from ground floor to attic level including section of original limestone stairs with original steel balustrades from ground to first floor. Bespoke cabinetry throughout all bedrooms from first to third floors using a mixture of hand-painted finishes, reeded glass and oak. Ensuite and Jack and Hill bathrooms created and fitted. Restoration of existing feature fireplaces. Stripping back and repair of original cornices. Basement conversion and extension to create large kitchen / living space, opening up onto paved rear garden with access to enclosed communal gardens.
